A Chosen People


But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.   1 Peter 2:9 NIV


Wow, what could be more encouraging than to know that God personally chose you? The Creator of the universe selected you, as someone special, that you may reach out to others and declare His praises. He, who rescued us from the darkness, imbues us with His divine light that we may share His radiant truth with those yet lost in darkness.
