Return and Refund Policy
Shipped Courses:
We accept returns for shipped course materials. Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase, provided a receipt or proof of purchase is included. If thirty (30) days or more have passed since the purchase date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Upon receiving the returned item, we will examine it and notify you by email within a reasonable timeframe whether the return has been approved. If approved, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method. To follow up on the status of your return, please contact us.
Online Courses:
Online course purchases may be eligible for a refund or course credit within seven (7) days of the purchase date. To qualify, the course must not have been completed, and the student must not have had access to the course for more than seven (7) days. If a student determines that a course is not a good fit within this seven-day period, a refund or credit may be granted. When requesting a credit, the student must select a replacement course at the time of the request. Requests made more than seven (7) days after purchase, or for courses that have already been completed, are not eligible for a refund or credit. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method or applied as a credit toward the selected replacement course.
