LOGIN HELP
Can't sign in to your NCCA Account
If you can't sign in to your NCCA Account, CAI, APS, or Learn Online, follow the instructions for help getting back into your account.
Step 1
First, try to sign in with Google or Facebook. If you have an account with them, you will not need a separate password for our website.
Google and Facebook both use a method called a sign-on with a signal. The security protocols at these companies are very high, and using them to log in to our website is more secure than using a username and password.
Step 2
Click here to reset your session and log out of all our websites' sessions that may be open.
Resetting your session can fix some issues because our websites use a token that is shared across the APS, Learn Online, and NCCA websites. Sometimes, it is necessary to clear this token and sign in again if you are experiencing issues.
Step 3
Click here to reset your password. Press "forgot password" after trying your password.
To reset your password, first try signing in. The system will then prompt you if you forgot your password. Once you click the forgot password button, you can enter your email address, and the system will send you a link to reset your password.
Step 4
Once you sign in to this website, you will be able to log in to your other accounts automatically if you have an account with the APS, Learn Online, and SACC websites.
Step 5
Please let us know if you still need help.
If you are unsure of the email address we have on file or if the methods above have not been successful, please contact us to gain access to your account. If you need to change your email address we have on file, please click here.
