Kim Mapes has dedicated her life to serving in ministry, where she has found her true calling in empowering others, particularly young adults, to thrive in their faith and personal growth journey. With over 25 years of experience, Kim has served as the lead servant of women's ministries, but it was her role as the lead servant of the young adult ministry that ignited her passion.

Driven by her commitment to empower and support others, Kim pursued further education, earning a Master's degree in Counseling from Mercy College and a sacred Master's degree in Theology from SVR Christian Academy. She currently serves as the Director of Education and a Bible teacher at SVR Academy, where she imparts wisdom and guidance to students seeking a deeper understanding of faith.

Kim's dedication to counseling extends beyond the academic realm; she is a licensed Pastoral Christian Counselor through NCCA and is currently pursuing her Doctorate to enhance her ability to support others on their spiritual and emotional journeys.

In addition to her work in education and counseling, Kim is the founder of Trans4mation by Design, a 501c3 non – profit organization aimed at empowering individuals to find wholeness in Christ. Through a transformative process centered on discovering one's identity in Christ and achieving holistic well-being, Kim and her team are dedicated to helping people realize their full potential.

Kim and her husband Donald, who share a deep commitment to their faith, reside in Kingston, NY, where they serve as pastors at the River of Life Church. Together, they strive to create a supportive community where individuals can grow spiritually and personally.

Kim's philosophy revolves around the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to transform into the best version of themselves as intended by God. Through her ministry, education, and counseling efforts, Kim continues to inspire and empower countless individuals to embrace their God-given potential and live fulfilling lives.
