Dr. Ibbitson is the President of Above & Beyond Counseling Ministries, Inc, which began in 2008. He holds a PhD in Clinical Christian Psychology from the Jacksonville Theological Seminary, and his prior educational background also includes an MBA from Stanford University and a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering.

He has over twenty-eight years of ministry experience and oversees a Counseling Center, Counseling Academy, and Deliverance Academy located in Tampa FL.

Above & Beyond Counseling Academy is a CAI with the NCCA, with student enrollment from many countries. Dr. Ibbitson was a lecturer at Christian Family Church Institute (CFCI) Bible College in Tampa FL, where he taught on deliverance ministry and pastoral counseling.

The Counseling Center currently staffs seven NCCA counselors and has clients all over the world.

Seeing people get set free and equipping the saints for the works of ministry are two of his greatest passions. He loves creating educational resources and has authored hundreds of articles and videos, along with comprehensive training programs in deliverance ministry.
