Dave Ralston, PhD is an Advanced Licensed Christian Counselor and Certified  Temperament Counselor through the National Christian Counselors Association. He is the  founder of Life Training Christian Counseling and the creator of Life Reframe, an  educational community helping individuals understand emotional needs, identity, and  relationships through a Christ-centered framework.

Since beginning his counseling career in 2011, Dr. Ralston has led marriage retreats, served  as an interim pastor, taught national webinars on emerging counseling topics, and  previously spoken at the NCCA national conference. He reaches a global audience daily  through his teaching across social media platforms, where his content has impacted  hundreds of thousands — including videos with over one million views.

He is the author of the award-winning book, Addition by Subtraction: God Turns Our Broken  Pieces Into Masterpieces, as well as Fabulous: My Journey With The Fab 5, and The 5 Life  Languages: A Better Way To Understand Yourself and Others, to be released in summer  2026.

Dave and his wife Ann enjoy life with their four children, seven (soon to be ten)  grandchildren, and two very spoiled dogs.
